This looks amazing... I think i know what I'll do to any carry gun. But with an Urban color set instead of desert... or maybe i'll go arctic.

From the looks of the overspray, it's done by doing the whole thing in the base color, then pulling out some stencils in the shape of random digital camo segments, and spraying.

Easiest way to tell this method was used it to look at the rounded segment of the flashlight, and you can see where the green has a "feathered" look to it.

There's also the green patch that's across the Glock logo on the slide, and just a little lower and to the right on the frame is the same cut-out in the earth tone.
