    Ar15 pistol buffer tubes

What are the good ones? I want the spikes but don't need all of the other stuff, just the tube. I am having an extremely hard time finding just a tube, that will let me use a plate. Any input would be appreciated.

The RRA pistol tube works well.

Can I use the plate with it, or will I need to tap and plug the pivot pin detent hole?

Unfortunately, I am in New Mexico. I have a stripped pistol lower, and parts kit. All I need is a buffer tube. I have buffers and springs, so I am trying to find a tube only. So will an end plate fit behind the RRA tube? Any issues of force in the aluminum threads as opposed to using a castle nut?

Can I use the end plate with this http://www.marksarmory.com/ProductDe...ctCode=RRATUBE ? I am also wondering about this one https://www.exilemachine.net/shop/in...382e01caa76dbd it says will not work with plate, So I would have to tap and plug the pivot pin hole, is what I am guessing.

first one i cant see, but if its a real rra, it works, i had one on a saber defense pistol lower, and worked fine. second says it doesnt work, but i dont know why. looks like if you tightened it down, it would be fine.

Thanks. I guess RRA is what I am ordering. I would prefer the spikes, but I do not need anything but the tube, and it seems I can only find the complete assembly. I appreciate the help. Anyone else with an opinion please feel free to chime in. There is limited opinion online regarding this. Well that I can find using google, and searching gun forums.
