Either will be fine. A few companies are getting away from the night sights and recommending the Hi Viz stating if it dark enough where you can't see you sights, you won't see your target or what is in front or behind it. If you use a tac light, it's going to affect your night vision and light your sights. With all of that said and the explanations I have been told, I still put them on since it's what I'm used to. I can see a point though. I have always liked the opposing colors though.

There are PLENTY of threads on this. In any case, trijicon/mepro/truglo are big hits. So are heines and novaks.

pretty much i have trijicon on my glock 23 i think the trijicon are more $ and the glock night sights are put on by glock and the trijicon are put on by the distributor.

They are not exactly the same, as Glock uses Meprolights for their night sights. Trijicon night sights are very similar but not the same.

I've said this a few times already in other threads, but get which ever is cheaper. You won't notice a difference unless you have both of them side by side (I have a set on each of my guns). Then you can tell the Meps are ever so slightly brighter than the Trij's, but the Trijicon sights are sharper and the Meps are more fuzzy looking. So for me, I prefer the Trijicon night sights because of that since it's easier on my eyes in complete darkness. But if you didn't have both of them side by side like that, then you wouldn't notice anything different.
