    Sig P220 Sport

A guy was trying to sell one of these to a gun shop. I had a hard time not buying it from him after they low-balled him. Kicking myself now.

You should have, it's an awesome piece. The first batch of p220st's were using runeoffs of the sport frame, hence the smaller rails.

What was it’s condition and did it come with everything intact along with original packaging, papers, etc…?

I think it is a compensator for the ported barrel?

                To decrease recoil, nice.
It looks exactly like the stainless steel p226.
                It shoots .22 I assume?

I'd buy that compensator off him! I've got one of the old rail 220ST's. What a sweet shooter, boy.

Just to be completely accurate, the barrel isn't ported.

What the 220 Sport has is a clamp-on compensator, but unlike other compensators that clamp onto the barrel, the Sig compensator clamps onto the rail and catches the gasses, as they exit the muzzle, in the expansion chamber, before venting it upward to counteract muzzle flip

You would need not only the compensator but the whole slide assembly. This makes the ST version into a tamed monster of a shooter!

It was in San Diego. Right when he left I realized I should have at least gotten his info.
