60 day and 10 day wait

Sorry if this has already been asked / ans. but I couldn't find it on my search.

I will be going to a FFL to do a PPT on a pistol Saturday. I also have my eyes on another gun at a dealer.

If I buy the gun at the dealer Today (Friday) and start the 10 day wait, can I also go to the FFL and do a PPT and start the 10 day wait on Saturday? When will I get each gun.

My understanding is that the 60 day wait does not apply to PPT? Is that correct.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure what 60 day wait you are referring to, but the 1 in 30 handgun rule applies only to purchases and not ppts.

you are good to go... PPT is exempt from the 1 in 30 days rule unless you are in Los Angeles (need to double check that).

Register both the same day and pick them up after the wait period

So I could buy 2 guns the same day, one PPT and one from a dealer and get both guns 10 days later?
