    Name the best tack driver handguns you've shot!

    OK, two questions for you:


    1. Excluding customized guns, what is the most accurate STOCK handgun you've ever shot? Whether it was your own, your relatives', your friends', etc. Which handguns did you have your best target groupings with? Please share a few per caliber if you can.


    2. How about WITH mods?

                My most accurate pistols are my Les Baer TRS .45 and my S&W 686. Other than trigger work and sights, no performance enhancing mods have been made.

                    Stock: Smith and Wesson mod 41 (22 lr) tack driver one hole groups.
                    Modified:
                    Smith and Wesson mod 686-2 (357 mag) action job by me, one hole groups.
                    Springfield Armory 1911 Gov Trigger, sear, hammer, safety, barrel bushing everything hand fitted by me. One hole groups.

                      Most accurate Ive owned are my modded Colt 1911 and a CZ75 SP01 I used to have.
