I have had nothing but problems with my G20 with 20#, 22# and 24# springs. It throws the timing off and gets lots of ftf's. Their are lots of folks that use the heavier springs with good luck but for some reason my Glock will not run with anything other than the factory spring. If you want send me $30.00 and I will send you my Wolf guide rod and 5 Wolf springs.

I run the factory spring in my G20 and never had a reason to go heavier or lighter.

I don't know about the Glock, but I have multiple spring kits for my 10mm 1911. I reload though and change some out depending on what I'm shooting. If you are using the 10mm light loads, I wouldn't go that heavy, but that's just me.
