      Why wouldnt it?

I thought if you acquire them before the ban there was no issue here or if you are an LEO.

        It fine.

Just don't use large capacity magazines in semi-auto centerfire rifles with a maglock and semi-auto pistols with a maglock. That would not be legal.

Legal, if, by using the magazines in the firearm, it doesn't creat a prohibited weapon (ie: a centerfire, semu-automatic rifle with a fixed >10rd magazine)

A manufactured-in-2011 Sig P229 with a lawfully owned pre-ban Sig P226/8/9 large capacity magazine: legal

As long as they are acquired legally.

I know I cant use them in rifles with a mag lock.
But im talking about old Uzi and Sten mags I've had for 20 years and use them in a new Uzi and Masterpiece Arms 9mm. Thats fine right?
