    S&W customer service

I called S&W yesterday to order some replacement screws for the side plate on a 1954 Target Masterpiece revolver. Not only did they have them in stock but the gentleman helping me responded that they would be shipped "No charge, have a nice day". Now that's good customer service.

I agree, I lost the firing pin to my S&W 22a when taking it apart. I called them up and the guy on the phone had me from feeling like a foolish beginner to just a beginner by telling me it happens all the time. Not only did they send me a replacement free of charge but they also sent me an extra firing pin and a few recoil spacers and springs.

They are great people to deal with. That has always made me sway to S&W with all other things being equal.

I've heard only good things about S&W's CS. I'm glad to hear that they helped you out. If they go out of their way free of charge like that, thats even better. Sometimes companies just surprise you, I'm telling ya.

S&W Wesson has some of the best Customer Service in the industry. Yet another reason why they keep getting my business.

Yup, I've had them do everything from sending me free replacement keys to cases. Definitely a huge step up from when I tried to use h&k cs. Wanted something like 10 bucks to get a stupid key for my usp and then didn't even give me info afterwards. Luckily someone from the hkpro forums have me for free when I started a thread about it.

One of the reasons I love and support S&W. Great American company who believes and stands by everything they make.

I had a chance to talk with the S&W rep yesterday at the Project2000 truck event. Told him I loved my M&P and wanted to know if the FDE model might get on the CA roster. He was nice and answered all my questions.

always nice to hear about good service since most times people don't post unless they have a terrible experience
