What would You expect to pay today for a pre lock Smith and Wesson model 10 heavy barrel. four inch. In typical police return condition. Holster wear , few scratches but everything else is solid?

In CA I'd exect to pay about $399.00 - in any other state I'd expect to pay about $275.00.GOA Member & SAF Life Member -

There are some decent four inch revolvers (model 10,15 S&W and ruger security six revolvers) for sale all over the place . Prices seem to go from 200-300. Mostly agency returns.Comment

S&W 10's in very good condition go for over $450+ in N.Cal. Where you guys buying S&W's for less. If you put a 65, 66, 67 or 686 4" on calguns they are snatched up usually for asking price within hours. Good Smiths just don't last long.Comment
