    Yup, lots of concentration while striving for accuracy. While shooting just make an effort to maintain a relaxed yet controlled grip. A little practice and the proper grip will become habit.

      Yes. You want a firm grip, not a death grip. Your grip should be firm enough to let the gun cycle properly and consistently. Too firm a grip will lead to muscle fatigue and unsteadiness. "Firm handshake" is usually suggested.
