Hk.45 is really an improvement on the USP design.
Not Cal listed, 12round magazine (nice in a .45 more rounds)
Lacks the P-30's interchangeable grips (sm, med, large)
    Light Weight
    Really Comfy in the hand.
    Great Reliability (tested)

There is one for sale via PPT here in cali in the For Sale Forum... 1300 i think. If I had 1300 to spare it would be mine, no matter the distance to drive and get it.
...but their exists also in the human heart a depraved taste for equality, which impels the weak to attempt to lower the powerful to their own level, and reduces men to prefer equality in slavery to inequality with freedom.

if you want a modern 1911 then the hk45 is it! much slimmer than the usp brick grip.

HK45 comes in 10 round mags only. It has the changeable grips for only the back grip (extra grip is in the box.) . It has the o-rings like the USP expert and elite (also in the box).

I got my new from VA in Milpitas for less than 1300.
