You can buy 10 round mags anywhere.
California law prohibits you from buying any mags holding more than 10 rounds.

I've bought several mags from private sellers here on Calguns, have been happy with them - usually approx $20 each for used but good condition, drop-free fully metal lined factory Glock 10 round mags.

The cheapest place I've found to buy mags are other forums. Out of staters who own 10 round mags usually sell them for pretty cheap.

Not sure what CDNN is pricing their 10 rounders at now, but I've purchased 10 rounders for other pistols for $10 each.
