    Draco Pistol

I'm sure I just missed it, but I tried reading about the laws here that would apply to this weapon and I am thoroughly confused. It's classified as a pistol, but isn't on the approved roster, so it needs to have a sled magazine and a bullet button in place so its categorized as a single shot pistol? What if I were to take the bullet button off and put standard capacity magazines in? Pistols here don't need bullet buttons; is the bullet button just in place when shipped to bypass the roster?

I'm sure there are more experienced members here that can answer better than me but; Yes, the single shot sled turns it into a "single shot" pistol, thus exempt from the roster. The BB must remain in place at all times in CA as the magazine is inserted in a place other than the pistol grip. If the mag went into the pistol grip (as in most pistols), then only a single shot sled would be needed to DROS the gun legally. Hope that helps.
