Who's reloads are these?

my brother in law bought these at a local gun show about 6 months ago. and now he wants to get rid of them. cheap. i sold my last wheel gun so now he cant shoot them. we shot 500 rounds or so and had no problems so i would recommend this brand if you see it. thanks.
