    Just Fired a S&W M&P .45, VERY NICE!!!

I rented this at the range yesterday and was very impressed! More accurate than I thought it was going to be. This will most likely be my next handgun!

I own a M&P in .40s&w its nice but I think my RIA 1911 tactical shoots better.

Love my 40. Need to get a trigger job. But other than the trigger it's perfect.

              M&P .45 here - LUVIT!!!!

Prefer it over my USP .40 even (many people cant believe that)... of the four pistols I own and the many I've shot - the M&P is my fav right now and its the primary go to gun of the group.

              great bang for buck

The M&P is the only polymer gun I would have any inclination to own.

The M&P 45 is an absolutely awesome weapon, I completely agree with you on this. I've put about 650 rounds through it without a hitch. Very accurate, and after a little bit of trigger work, it's a dream to shoot.

                      Good choice

I never thought I could warm up to a polymer gun till I checked out the M&P 45. Now it sits 3 feet from me every night while I sleep and I feel totally confident in it. And I love shooting it- the recoil is really soft and straight back, no flip. It actually has less felt recoil than my Browning HP 9mm! It's the perfect chick gun... I just wish the compact one would get on the roster because I want one .

Just like Yoitsbruce, I'm considering purchasing a P220 Carry or the M&P .45 mid size. There's a big price difference. I currently carry a Glock 19, but what I like about these two models are that their a full size frame with a compact slide which is nice to CCW or shoot for recreation.
