Cz 83

Im am considering a CZ 83, but am confused as weather to go, milisurp or new. New models, I know are all stainless steel, im not shur of the surplus. I love the design, I could get a mak, but thoes are hard to find.
How is it size wize compared to the, PPK, 380 beretta, or browning BDA? Is it an overly large 380? Any knowledge is welcomed.

It's not overly large (IMO) but it is bigger than a ppk for sure...the magazine is a double-stack. I find it a very comfortable pistol to grip -- very ergonomic.

I also find them extremely rugged little pistols -- and very accurate given the barrel-fixed-to-frame design.

The only complaint I have is that they are mil-grade pistols, and the finish on mine has not held up as much as others I've seen (but I have shot the living hell out of it ).

Do you have a comercial, or milisurp model? If milisurp can you tell if its all stainless? Also How is it size wise compared to say a glock 26? Im really liking this gun, but may have to order one.

I have the commercial version. Don't have a Glock 26 nearby, so can't say definitively about that comparison. The grip is a bit fatter and shorter than a 1911.
