Hey guys, I'm new here from San Diego.
I purchased a used Colt 1991A1 which would not lock back the slide on the last round. Trying to solve the problem I purchased CMC mags and put in Tripp springs and followers. Locking back the slide on an empty mag was still flaky. It wasn't until I purchased a Wilson Combat replacement slide lock for comparison before I was able to see that there was something seriously different about the slide lock that came with the Colt. In short, here is a photo of the problem one.

It's not right, is it?
BTW the Wilson combat replacement solved the slide lock back problem.
