Where can I get optics for my sig? Do they even make optic for handguns? If so, what is a good optic for my handgun?

There are optics available to mount on a handgun. Most common are a red dot sight or reflex sight for fast target acquisition and sight picture. If you're talking optics with magnification, they're out there. Usually scopes with a high eye relief in them.
