Speed Field Strip

So today after practicing some dry firing and reloading drills here at home, I thought about practicing some field stripping on my Beretta PX4. I got my time down to 2.7 seconds for a field strip. I think the time is even better cause I had to take the time to start and stop my timer. I also timed a field strip and reassembly and clocked in at 27 seconds.

I was just curious what times others get and with what guns. Not trying to compete just curious what others can do with their weapons.

Not that I know of. Just something I decided to try. Lots of people seem to gloat over the ease and quickness of stripping the weapon. Just something fun I'd try and then see how others do.

Most handguns are fairly painless to field strip. However, I've yet to come across anything as painless as a Glock.

If youve got a revolver, would that mean a < 1 sec field strip?
How quickly can you strip?
Is < 1 sec too fast?

I've found glocks to be kind of hard. Esp if you've been eating greasy food and have slippery fingers! Berettas and sigs are much easier; they are designed for fat people who likes greasy foods.

Unless there is a round in the chamber when you have to pull the trigger to run the slide off. That could be painful.

Did you go back and retrieve his firearm? Or did you just toss $500 of someone else's property out the window with the possibility it could be found and used by someone else while still registered to your friend?

I'm sorry, I should have clarified that I was joking. My apologies to anyone who was offended by my complete disregard for safety and the horrific ease in which I take to littering our highways with trash.
