kimber mag release problem

just pick up my kimber stainless raptor today and when i hit the mag release it gets stuck and wont hold a mag. i stuck a tool and spun the screw to the right and it pop back into place but when i hit the mag release button the same thing happens again. has anyone ever encountered this problem before?

took the mag release apart and was messing with it and now it seems to be working fine.

so now the mag release doesnt gets stuck anymore but now when i press the mag release all the way the mag drops out like about an inch and i have to ease off on the mag release a lil bit then the mag will drop out. could anyone help me out with this problem?
