If you want one, I would have a custom forged barrel cut for a s&w in a .44 mag or even a .460 then have it fitted. Unfortunately it would be structurally weak as a cutting/chopping tool unless you had the frame body and barrel as a single peice of steel.

Yeah that is cool and hell yeah I want one. But if you stabbed someone real good and then quickly had to shoot that same person or someone else you would have to wonder if that barrel would be plugged with flesh. That wouldn't be good.
