Glock Discontinued RTF/RTF2!!!

When news that Glock was discontinuing the RTF2, OD and MB Glocks came out; Glock also stated that if you placed an order for 10,000 or more, they would do special run for you. Also, the RTF2 Glocks would still be available as an option for LE agency orders.

10000 guns. The figure I've heard(rumor) was 20,000. but 10,000 seems to be reasonable too.

My RTF after 200 hundred rounds is a little rough on my palm other than that it's fine. Funny they discontinued them so quick.

The RTF texture is the standard Gen 2-3 frame texture. It is rougher than the original frame texture featured on the Gen 1 Glocks.

The RTF2 texture was created due to a request by LE agencies for a more aggressive frame texture for use in humid/wet enviroments. LE agencies can still place orders for RTF2 textured Glocks.

The RTF3 texture was created at the same time as the RTF2, it is more agressive than the RTF but less agressive than the RTF2. The RTF3 is the standard texture for Gen4 Glocks.
