Hello cal gunners I am a newbie and I have a question on a Glock 22 converted to a 9mm. I was wondering what I will need for a conversion to a 9mm and is it pricey?

I think all you need is a 9mm barrel and G17 mags. -
I do not believe a stock Glock (17) 9mm barrel will work.
You will have to get a special "9mm conversion barrel" from an aftermarket supplier (KKM, Storm Lake, etc.)

I bought a Lone Wolf conversion barrel for $99 and a couple of Glock 22 mags, and I was ready to send rounds down range.Comment

You will need a conversion barrel to go from 40S&W to 9mm as the out side diameter of the 40S&W is about .022" larger in diameter. There are a number of brands available. It may run fine without changing the extractor and ejector, or it may not. You will need 9mm magazines.
