Good read. Seasoned owner and I find myself always going back to the basics.

If your DL/ID has "Federal Limits Apply" on the top right of it (not a REAL ID), you will have to supply additional documentation in order to purchase firearms and/or ammunition. I personally lug my birth certificate around with me and bring it into the store each time I purchase a new firearm or ammo. I need to stop being lazy and get a REAL ID soon.
