Stippled my glock 17/Grip chop. UPDATE.

Took some time but I really like it. Going to do a bit more sanding to the tang area and soften it up a bit. Took the finger grooves down quite a bit and I like the feel a bit more. The difference is night and day, I love the feel. Now I know some people don't like it but it's my Glock I won't get rid of this thing and it makes it a bit more useful to me. I will be undercutting the triggerguard, rounding it for easier re holstering while CCW and doing a relief cut for off hand finger indexing with some magwell relief cuts for type 3 malfunction clearing. These are all upgrades IN MY OPINION that make MY GLOCK more useful TO ME.

Got a little bit of touching up to do here and there, Straighten some lines out but all in all I really like it. Oh and yes I tried grip tape but I prefer stippling.

Thanks guys. I love the feel of the stippling, It really helps hold onto that polymer frame.

Can't tell if some of it's sarcasm or not oh well haha. I did some more work to it rounded off trigger guard and undercut the trigger guard as well. Touched up some stippling in some areas. All in all I like how it looks and more than anything I love the function.

Leaving the back untouched makes it look good. I've seen some horrible stippling jobs here on calguns that make me want to puke. This is pretty good. Not the best, but what counts is that you like it.

Yeah, what counts is that it works for you. Too many people get too concerned with looks over functionality. Firearms are tools, not centerpieces. Glad it works out for you. Although I'm happy with stock GLOCKS, I am going to try grip tape first and maybe sending it out to have the trigger guard undercut.

I find it visually gross, but all that really maters is that it fits ya properly and helps out in the summer months. Sweat and polymer do NOT work well together!
