    Glock 21 failure to feed?

My brother had a FTF with my Glock 21 shooting halfway in the range yesterday and was resolved by shoving the back of the slide. The round only came in about 75% and jammed although not as complicated as a stovepipe should I be worried? The total rounds fired through my Glock is 350 and 1 malfunction.

Note-We shot the exact same brand of ammunition the PMC Bronze .45 Auto 230gr FMJ also 2 range trips ago (not the last one) but no malfunction.

Also yesterday I rented a Sig P226 .40 using PMC 165gr. and the slide wont even lock back on the last round and I think 1 FTF too. I exchanged for a Sig P229 .40 no issues but I only shot 30 rounds out of 100.

The range was providing PMC ammo for their rentals, maybe just a bad stock of ammo that day.

Is he holding it firmly? The only ftf's I've had with my Glocks were due to using old mags with bad followers or limp wristing it.

Probably, but he shot 50 rounds of PMC 2 range trips ago and no malfunctions of any kind.

Don't worry about a single failure. I own 4 Glocks and all of them have had failures of some kind. My G19 and G20 have several failures if the ammo is not seated just right. The only handguns that I own that have had no failures are the HK's and 3rd. Gen Smith & Wessons. I have found my glocks to be far from reliable but I still love them.
