    Berretta 90-2

So, I was wondering if I missed something here...
I didn't see it on the "approved" list. Am I missing something or did my very tired eyes miss it on the list.
I've seen them for sale (new) here in CA and was wondering the status? Some loophole? I saw the Glock 21SF on there though...

The Beretta 90-TWO is not on the list. Beretta it seems either didn't have thier act together to get it submitted before the loader chamber indicator/mag disconnect rule went into place before the beginning of the year OR they decided the Calif market wasn't worth trying for. Don't get me wrong, I'm a big Beretta fan (own 6) but thier management sometimes makes me scratch my head. I was lucky enough to find a barely used 90-TWO brought into the state by a LEO who decided to part with it. If you see any for sale new in a shop then I'm not sure how thier doing it unless they think its a "92". They will be in for a big suprise if they get an audit..... Good luck on your quest.

Thanks, I thought maybe I missed some cool secret about the gun.
I think I'll give that FFL a call in the AM and warn them... It was NIB and I was told it was from the factory new.

I have seen a few NIB for sale and when I asked to check them out I was told "LEO only".

Most likely it is simply a mistake by someone working in the shop. When you say 92 and 90-Two it comes out the same. Some stores also put out guns for LEOs but they usually label them as such.
