FNX 40cal.

Is the FN FNX 40cal on the California approved list? If it isnt, anybody know of any FFL thats doing the single shot exemption on these.

Also, how are these guns, reliable, accurate?
Any info would be greatly appreciated. thanks

I don't believe the FNX series is on the approved list as of yet (no 10 round mags listed with it). I was looking at it too. However, I decided to go with the FNP. I really liked the looks of the FNX over the FNP but after reading through some of the reviews it seems to have a few quirks. One of which was the magazine catch, being ambidextrous, FN had to change the way the magazine latches so when you put the mag in you have to push in and then forward on the bottom so it latches and locks or it will fall back out. The FNX and FNP mags are not interchangeable.
