        There's a 50 GI to .45 ACP conversion barrel you can get to shoot "the cheaper .45 ACP.".

            My thoughts are they well worth it
            I am waiting for the package from Alex Zimmermann with my conversion kit for my Model 1
            That is what he has to say on the acuracy of the gun:
            "POA/POI with 230 grain .45 ACP is perfect, ... for all practical purposes the POI/POA for .45 ACP/50 GI is nearly identical."

              50 GI sounds good but kinda expensive. If I had extra cash, I wouldn't hesitate to get one.
