    CZ 9mm compare.....

How do the current CZ's in 9mm compare ( objectively) to other popular top notch police sidearms? Glock, Beretta, Sig, Hk ETC

They compare.... very well? In my opinion... favorably? What do you want to know? They have their advantages and disadvantages, but most people that own them love them.

Most of the major gun makers now a days are all about equal in terms of reliability, most everything else(weight, balance, ergonomics, ect) is a matter of taste.

Some will have a nicer fit and finish, the triggers will be a bit different and things like that but really it all comes down to the preference of the person shooting.

I can only answer for myself, but for me the CZ guns are my favorites, the design of the grip on the SP-01 feels like it was custom made for me and I can shoot it more accurately than any other handgun I own.

For you the results might be different. Rent all the guns you listed and decide for yourself which one is best

        I carry Glocks, Beretta's. Had few Sig's .

After getting a little all steel IMI Baby Eagle and shooting it , I decided to get a CZ in 9mm.

Just want to know how they compare to say a Beretta 92FS?
Just want to have an idea where they stand.

Ergonomically? Way better than the Beretta. Size? Thinner than the Beretta. Location of levers and buttons? Better than the Beretta. Performance and accuracy? Probably on par, as most modern pistols are inherently more accurate than their shooters.

            I've got a Beretta 92fs and a CZ P01

I like them both, a lot.

            The P01 is concealable.

As far as the guns being more accurate than their shooters?

            You bet.

I think CZ is underrated gun because they are reliable and affordable. They are good as Glock, Sig, and M&P, but most police department does not use CZ for some reason. I shots my friends CZ and I like it.

I couldn't say enough of the CZ SP01. Reliable, tack driver and the ergonomics is perfect for me. I shoot it in USPSA Production class. I have around 7-8K rounds on mine and no major issues.

These are one of those guns you trust to go bang when you pull the trigger, like the glocks, sigs, xds, rugers....etc. so if you have one and you shoot well with it, you've made a good choice.

The P-01 has some great reviews as do the SP-01. The SP-01 seems to be popular with gamers. The CZ are popular weapons in Europe and I believe it is the choice of most European law enforcment agencies as well as the military. I don't have any personal experience but have read up on them. The SP-01 is been on my mind because of the all steel frame. There's nothing funner than shooting 9mm out of a heavy steel frame.

I believe your Baby Eagle is based on the CZ design.

The Jericho is based off the EAA. That is why they use the same magazines. The EAA is a clone of the CZ 75. Which is based loosely off of the Hi Power. Funny how in the end it's always a Browning design.

I have a couple Jericho's and they aren't quite as clean as the CZ models. I like the weight of the Jericho but the CZ fit and finish is much better. Trigger and accuracy is similar. If you like the Jericho you'll like the CZ.
