Since it was on the roster before those requirements were added it's not needed. The Colt Agent, which was brought out later, is not listeed - although Guns, Fishing & Stuff somehow has a "new" Agent for sale.GOA Member & SAF Life MemberComment

Thanks, I found information that it was first introduced in '98. I thought it was a newer model, introduced in '07.
