Checking the cali gun list the XDM 9MM IS NOT ON IT WHY IS THAT.

it does not meet the requirements to be "safe" in ca.

it does not have 10 and under round magazine, no loaded chamber indicator, and iirc it also does not have a magazine disconnect.

when it was first submitted, i think the mag disconnect wasn't a requirement. so the XD9 gets to be grandfather in as long as SA kept paying the CADOJ.

hence why so many 1911's and other various guns either don't have LCI or Mag Disconnect but are still sold.

Find a single shot FFL close to you and then block the magazines. Don't worry about the roster.

I don't know where you're located but PRK here in Fresno had one the other day and it sure is sweet. If i hadn't already ordered a Ruger SR9c i would have bought it.

Yup prk sells them. I bought mine from there. They have higher prices though, so getting a singleshot would probably be cheaper at Valkyrie arms in Milpitas

XDm does have a chapber loaded indicator but the gun is evil and the rightous CA lawmakers have deemed it dangerous and evil. therfore you can not own it.
