    Supressor question?

Say I own a suppressor in Nevada. Then I move to Ca. I know threaded handguns are a no no so I am assuming a suppressor is a no no by default. Now the question is...can I still own the suppressor by itself and just keep it locked in my safe? Along with a spare threaded barrel in the safe too?

Maybe take it with me to shoot when I get outside of Ca. state lines back inside Nevada?

No, you cannot have either item in California. Construction possession applies.

The fate of the wounded rest in the hands of the ones who apply the first dressing.

If you were to file the 5320.20 - the ATF would return it DISAPPROVED as your proposed actions would be illegal.

Not so. There is no constructive possession in CA for AWs. Owning threaded barrels is fine, they simply cannot be installed in handguns w/ detachable magazine. The silencer would be illegal to possess in CA, but that's not a constructive possession issue.

My suppressor and threaded barrel stays in TX, although I travel with my Glock back & forth between TX and CA. You'll have to the do same with your gun and parts, keeping the threaded barrel & suppressor in NV.
