converting 10 round xd mags

Nope, there is no way. At least there isn't with the older mags like mine. The dent down the side of the mag is what limits the amount of rounds you can get in them.

The 40 cal mags have less of a dent, which is why you can get more than 10 rounds of 9mm in a 40 mag.

If you could trade them to someone for 40 mags, you could use them as high caps mags in a free state

I can't remember. I think it holds 15. Might be 16 though.

The problem is that SA is not neutering high cap mags to get them down to 10 rounds. The XD came out during the ban so the mags were originally made to hold 10 rounds.
