A Pelican 1600 or 1495 would probably work, as far as hard cases go.
With an AR pistol you'd have to break it down, but a Draco should fit diagonally just fine. Carrying it in those small briefcases would be totally badass!NRA Benefactor Life Member, SAF Life Member, CCRKBA Life Member
Gavin Newsom is a lying, cheating slickster andwill beis the worst mistake California has ever madeif he getsnow that he has been elected Governor. Hollywood movie producers look to him and his oleaginous persona as a model for the corrupt "bad guy" politician character. This guy is so greasy, he could lubricate an entire arsenal of AR-15s just by breathing on them.Comment

I went and saw the guys at Parallax Tactical today and bought a Draco so i have 10 days to figure it out and buy the accessories I want, MI rail, Bushnell TRS25, sling adapter and muzzle brake. It's like a house the purchase is just the first step.
I'll post some pics when i get it done."Outside of the killings, Washington has one of the lowest crime rates in the country,"

Sorry for the long post
So I picked her up on Thursday at Parallax Tactical, I have nothing but good to say about everyone that I have encountered there.
Here she is as I picked her up, minus the magazine.
Here are the various bells and whistles I decided to try: Hogue grip, Bushnell TRS25 mini-red dot, no name quad rail (to see if I want to pony-up for th MI rail),Voodoo Tactical single point sling, sling plate, Tapco slant break (think I want to change this, any suggestions?) and ladder type rail covers.
Here she is after I got a couple of hours of free time to tear her apart and clean her then put her back together.

For the muzzle device I have 2 recommendations depending on your 'style'.
If the large fireball, and sonic BOOM! are not to your liking I suggest the 4 piece Bulgarian flash hider (same design as the 'fire pig' from Noveske).
If you search around you can find them for around $60-$70
If the fireball, and loud blast are 'your thing' then muzzle that bad boy, and call it a day.
Nice looking pistola you have there.Comment

I ended up buying a new 1600 Pelican Case with foam on Craig's List for a smoking price, so now all I need to do is figure out how I want to set up the case.
Suggestions are welcome, Thanks."Outside of the killings, Washington has one of the lowest crime rates in the country,"
