All the PPT's I've done I've alway's gotten a copy of the DRO's. For my record keeping I've scanned a copy of the receipt of when I purchased it and also a copy of the DROS of the PPT of when I sold it.

The original paperwork after I've scanned it usually get's shredded. I hate keeping paper's around anymore. I keep the electronic copy on my computer and that's backed up to my external hard drive.

Discount Gun Mart (Morena down near the city) is pretty good about processing PPT DROS stuff without aggravation. The only annoyance there is that they may insist on selling you another lock for $8.00.

King Pawn on El Cajon, or Turners (Clairemont Mesa) can also deal with it.

I won't make a big deal/call DOJ YET. I'll just request it when I pick the gun up. If they give me **** at that time......I'll do as I see necessary.

        Thanks again guys.

I keep the receipt. Asking for anything else is paranoia.

Asking for a copy of anything that you had to sign is always a good idea.
