The DOJ roster site isn't responding and I'm trying to work out a purchase - does anyone know for sureif the USP Compact .45 ACP is on the roster in Variant 1 or Variant 9? I know it's one of those but can't remember which.

If you're buying PPT it doesn't matter if it's on the roster. If it's a dealer they will (should, at least) know. I'm sure the USPC V1 is on the roster.Fidelis?.....Semper -
Found it with some degree of certainty, as of '09 it was V1, makes since since it's got a decocker - I can't imagine they would have got away with removing the decocker feature in the last few years. If anyone has current info feel free to post, otherwise this can probably be deleted...

If memory serves me right only the Variant 1 models are on the list. Safety and Decocker. And that the gun can easily converted later to another variant after you take possession.
I know my full size USP had to be a Variant 1 probably a smart cost cutting move so that they didn't have to pay for all 9 variants.Comment
