    Pistols and moving to CA?

    My cousin will move to CA soon but not get a CA DL as he wont be there forever. What will happen if he takes his pistols and completes the new resident form, but does not have a CA DL?

      He has 60 days; my daughter got hers in about a month (Jan 10th or so), so I'm guessing the problems with manufacturing the cards are getting under control.
