Another Turner's Thread.. Sig P220.

Went to Turners to today and walked out a $600+ poorer. I picked up one of the certified pre-owned Sig P220's they are selling. Seems like a decent deal and fills my need for a .45 cal pistol. I'm using their no payments/no interest credit plan, so Ill save up for the next 90 days and just pay it off

Transaction went great. I hear a lot of Turners horror stories, but this is 5th gun I've bought from them and never had a problem. Took about 30 minutes to get everything done, including the credit app.

Now the wait begins.. thing ill go to wally-word and get some ammo

Yah, it was Kearny Mesa in San Diego. There is a guy there named "Kevin" I think who helped me. Really knowledgable and friendly guy..

The last gun I bought at turners took longer than the last car I bought.... and this was a point to the gun and say I want that one kind of deal.

I got a real clean used S&W revolver at the Reseda store, as well as various other supplies. Very friendly bunch.

Another thumbs up to the Turners in Kearny Mesa. I was in there on Tuesday and bought a new Browning Buckmark URX The guys are in there are all pretty cool. I'll drive the extra distance ( 40 miles round trip) and pay a little bit more to give them the sell. My local shop, about 1/2 mile away has a guy that I feel like knocking out, every time Im in there. I listen to him being rude to customers all the time and these poor sob's just look disgusted and leave. Anyways, I always have a good experience at Turners. Wish I would have spotted that Sig, though

I have bought both my handguns from Turners in Kearny Mesa - they don't give me the attitude I got at Discount Gun Mart, and are more approachable than the folks at American Shooting Center (although the gal working there is alright).

American is $$, Discount has good sales (but attitude goes a long way), and Turners is $.

I bought an M&P just after a sale, and they still gave me the sale price. Too bad other locations are not as good. I have yet to buy a long gun there yet.

I've had nothing but attitude and bad luck with Discount Gun Mart. At American Shooting Center the "Gal" is great to deal with, Turners is alright but takes an excessive amount of time to complete their transactions and their general and overall firearms knowledge is lacking.

With out a doubt though, California Police Equipment has always done right by me and I've been a customer for about ten years.

congrats on the Sig P220 I bought a P220 CPO from a Sig Dealer on Sig Forums and love it. Feels nice, shoots even better...
