Does anyone know where I could go and do my Quarterly Qualification certification(every 3 months) so I can carry off duty. I'm located in the San Fernando valley, Van Nuys, Sylmar or surrounding area? Thank you

i'd call Angeles shooting range in Sylmar and see if they do qualifying.
