Agree on a few things here:
- They are hard to get a hold of. Even leaving messages doesn't help sometimes, I was looking for pricing on a P238, left a phone message AND maybe a week later called again and talked to a live person who took a message, never got a call back either time.
- Everyone in the shop is very down to earth, easy going, and just generally easy to get along with...very mellow and friendly.
- They have some of the coolest inventory. Not a huge amount of things, but what they did have out was good stuff.

My advice, just go. Don't call and ask about this or that, just drive on down and check them out in person if there's anyway to go about it. I've been in the shop 2 or 3 times now and enjoy the experience everytime. They aren't so great about getting back on the phone, but I can totally forgive that just because they are so cool and easy to deal with in person.

I'd buy from them again in a heartbeat.

wait, so can i just ship an off list gun from let's say, budsgunshop.com and have them receive it and turn it into a single shot pistol?

the gun i want they usually do the single shop exemption for but they told me they don't have any in stock and cannot get any from their distributor.

Yes you can order from another store and have it shipped to Valkyrie Arms IF the dealer you're ordering from is willing to ship the gun here.

The answering machine said leave a detailed message...I did that.
The person answering the phone asked questions and I was once again very specific with what I was looking for. No, I didn't email or pm, that was as much as I was willing to chase it down. As I said, but you cut out, they are good guys and I have no problem with them, just stating the facts as they pertain to me.
I'm sure you're special to someone, somewhere. Maybe. No need for the eye roll.

The HK, yeah that ain't happening unless somebody wants to pony up the cash for a barrel for me to weld on. Maybe in the future but I'll need the plans for that barrel so I can make one. That's hours and probably a couple of blanks that will get trashed.
