    lady smith

I have a Smith & Wesson lady smith 38. It was my mom's, she kept it in her nightstand in a soft case. Probably has had it for 10 or more years. SN starts with BDN26. It's a nice looking gun probably has had less than 10 rounds thru it, I want to sell it but I have no idea what it's worth. If anybody could help I would appreciate it.

Thanks for the help, the model is 60-3, here are some pic's

Open the cylinder and look at the frame inside the cylinder crane (the arm/joint that holds the cylinder) the model number is in there. Start with the model number.

Without seeing it, it is probably worth at least $350 or more, maybe as much as $600 but it might take a very long time to sell at that price. Selling at $450 would probably work pretty quickly if it is not rusted or damaged.

Also, there can be some small variations, so posting pics is the best way to go. Make sure to enable macro (the button with the flower) when taking pics.
If it was a snake, it would have bit me.
