Threaded Barrel question.

I have a guy (more than one actually) who wants to order a FNP 45 tactical in Single shot configuration. I was under the impression that I can send him the threaded barrel that comes with the gun as long as he does not install it on the pistol when it has a detachable magazine. Is that correct?

Mag lock + single shot + threaded barrel is GTG for transfer.

He needs to keep the lock and use 10 round mag to use the threaded barrel.
