B&t TP9 ?

Does anyone know whats up with this hand gun? I know steyr made a similair one. Will the DOJ ever aprove of this? They do offer 10 round mags. Will it ever make the Roster? Will they even submit? I want one!
By the way I am referring to the top picture, the Civilian model.

Thank god you're looking for the top one because that bottom one looks goofy . I think there is a thread about this same pistol, or something very similar. I wouldn't expect it to get submitted, but if it does DOJ will probably invent a reason to deny it. It is kind've cool looking though, maybe make a fun range toy. Perhaps some of the other members have more info.
