    Ruger SR9C

Man I love this thing! A few days before its first trip to the range I dry fired it about 300 times and cycled the slide at least 400 times .The dry firing really made a difference in the trigger action.I hit the range today for its first time out ,put 250 rounds down range ,and no issues what so ever! The SR9C is my new favorite .Im liking it more than my XD40 and my USP40 compact, and i really like my USP! SR9C is awsome! So far!

I love mine, too, but even though the trigger is good I put a Ghost Rocket trigger connector in mine. The trigger is about a 3.5 lbs. pull, and takeup and release seem like about 1/4 inch, though I haven't measured. I don't think you're supposed to dry fire the SR9C because it might damage the magazine disconnect, though I took mine out. It's really easy to do. Enjoy your Ruger!

The Ruger SR9c is a great little gun. I got mine in march this year and love shooting it. I take it to the range every time I go. I know I have at least 1500 or more rounds through it without a single problem. Dragon I'm glad to hear you like your new toy it's only going to get better. Blackboomstick make sure you take plenty of ammo when you take yours to the range because you'll what to just keep shooting it. Here's a tip for you new SR9c owners if you can't find any mags right away you can use the SR9 mags just pop off the bottom of the mag and replace it with the extra bottom piece you get with your SR9c. I had 6 SR9 mags and did this now I have 4 SR9 & 4 SR9c mags. Well enjoy and be safe, Redhemi
