    HK P7

Just picked up an HK P7 yesterday and love it! But, get this. . . it's unfired and the box serial number matches the gun's serial number. . .

My only concern is that, I just have to shoot it !

    Why else own it !

    Very nice...

Wow..that's a difficult decision...shoot it or not. It's such a RARE piece of beautiful engineering I would just hold it everyday..

It can only go up in value. Congrats..!!

Wow, nice. I secretly lust for one of those... they are kind of a pain to find. May I ask how much that set you back?

I wouldn't be able to just leave it in the safe either... unless it sucks to shoot (which I don't think it does)...

I used to think P7's were overpriced and ugly... Till I shot one. Now I really want one. It is one of the finest pistols I've ever shot. Very good looking gun you got there.

I'm afraid to say how inexpensive I got it.., But, if you figure.

              1. They are no longer made.

              2. You can't import them into CA anymore.

              3. It's unfired.

              4. The box is the original, with matching serial number imprinted.

              5. and... there's nothing like de-virgininzing a 20 something year old !

If you don't want to shoot it because it hasn't been shot yet, I can help you out in that department.

He has a P7 PSP which is not on the approved list.

Congrats! One day I hope to get one of these fine pistols too.

You can do PPT sales of the P7 family into CA just fine... you just have to do it face to face, more or less. The P7M8 you can do through an out of state FFL until the roster entry expires, of course.

When I was looking for a p7m8, I was lucky enough to find a unfired chantilly gun. I was in the same situation as you, so I bought another one that was a sterling model to shoot

One of these day's I'd love to own a P7.

Of course by the time I could, the P7 will be off list and go for over $2K.

Well, I bought one of the last 500 P7M8s made (numbered 357 of 500 on the slide) and I shoot it.
