Do you want a small sized pistol to carry and shoot? Do you like the 40SW calibar? Do you like the reliable Glock?

If you answered "YES" to all three questions, the yes- I would get one.

most Glock 27s are similar in quality to each other.

so... if you're looking at a G27, don't bother waiting for another G27 that's better!

Go with 26. I had 27 and sold it. Way too much recoil in that little package

If you will be using it to carry...AWESOME If you are getting it to shoot at the range all the time....just remember it's small, has lots of recoil...and not as accurate as my other guns. Just my .02

Hi noob. Welcome to CG. There are different types of Glock 27's out there. Some work and some are broken. Some are new, and some are older. Be certain to purchase one that isn't broken. You can buy a newer one or older one. Just make sure they don't charge you the "new" price tag on the older type.

The 27 isn't for everyone. Find a range that rents guns and rent a 27. If i had of shot my 27 before i bought it i never would have bought it. I'll stick with my 23.

Welcome to Calguns. I love my 27. I shoot it very well (for a sub compact). Would I shoot a 26 better? I don't know, I never tried, but probably yes. For me it is the perfect package of size, power, reliability, capacity, and conceal ability. I trust it completely. Obviously some don't care for the recoil. But for me it's a non issue. With a good push-pull two handed grip follow up shots are very quick. I do have pinky extensions on all my mags and I would recommend them. YMMV As others have noted and especially if you a handgun novice, try before you buy.

Not a range toy after a few mags it's not a real pleasure to shoot. Mag extentions help though.

I was in the market for a g27, but some people in the CG marketplace don't have integrity... Anyway, I liked the g27 because of the ability to buy conversion barrels. Keep it .40s&w or convert it to 9mm. That was the plan, but I ended up picking up a g26.

G26? not too shabby; great subcompact.

The Glock 27 is one of the best

Really the recoil is nothing. Extremely accurate and handy.

But I would recommend renting a 9 and .40 before buying.

                              Glock 27 at 230 yards....hahaha

If you're not going to carry it concealed I prefer the GLOCK 29 with a
.40 barrel conversion. The best of both worlds.
