    Sig pro trigger

My sig pro 2340s trigger is long heavy and almost snaps back at my finger.

Are there any fluff n buff jobs or lighter springs or anything I can do to improve the trigger or am I stuck with it?

I usually just field strip and clean my gun but I recently took the extra time to remove and clean/lube all of the trigger/main spring/etc. parts behind the grip in my 2340 and it helped a lot.

You know, they say the Sig Pro has one of the best triggers out of the box, and even though it is good, my fiance's P228 trigger kills it. That thing is sooooo smooth.

I would also like to know if there are any upgrades available.

Sig has an Action Enhancement package on their pistols. It will smooth out your trigger, lighten the pull for DA and SA. I am contemplating sending mine into them or going with Bruce Gray. He is known for making magic happen with Sigs.

I am surprised. My SigPro 2340 has by far the best trigger (both SA and DA) of all my Sigs.

Thanks for the info! Has anyone noticed the "slap from the trigger after each shot" it almost stings my finger.

          Thanks
