    Beaucoup Wal-Mart Ammo

    Stopped by the local Wal-Mart this morning hoping to find a box of .380 ammo in which to test out my new Ruger LCP. Thought it would be a longshot going in as I haven't seen hardly any .380 ammo on the shelves in a long time.

    Was I ever wrong. The usual locked glass door cabinents were not only full but, they had cases of ammo stacked up on the floor and on top of the cabinets. Just about any handgun and rifle caliber was available and there was plenty of it.

    It's been years since I've seen this much ammo on display. One of the strongest indicators that I have seen that the ammo shortage is over with. Hope this trend continues.

    And yes, I did get the .380 ammo I was after. In fact, I couldn't afford to buy it all and had to leave some for the next guy.

      At my local Walmart Huntington Beach and Westminster they have tons of ammo, lots of 45 and 9mm and 22lr and 32acp...the shortage might be over...Hopefully this trend continues...

          My local Wally World had about 10 boxes of .45 WWB. I haven't seen that much in one place for a couple years. The end of the world is obviously near.

              Either that or the end of Wally selling ammo in Cali is near and they're milking it for all it's worth. Hope I'm wrong though...

                  Bought three umc value packs of 45 and two of 9mm in Simi about four hundred bucks! Tons of ammo-there were four more value packs of 45 left!

                      Too bad "the next guy" won't be someone from this forum seein's how somebody didn't bother to disclose the location of this treasure trove...
